Delivery and collection within our standard service area is priced at £4.99. Additional fees apply for locations outside our usual coverage zone.

2. Collection
We will collect your items from the agreed location at the agreed time. Once collected, we will take your items back to Thames Express.
3. Service
When your items arrive back at Thames Express, we first inspect them. Then, with the utmost care and quality, we will carry out the agreed services.
4. Delivery
We will then deliver your items back to you, to an agreed location. We will collect your payment upon delivery, via BACS or cash.
Drop-off and pick-up service
We also offer a drop-off and pick-up service from a number of locations across Northampton.
You simply take your items to one of our locations, we will take them back to Thames to service, before returning them to the selected location for you to pick up. It’s as simple as that.
